Hawk for a Day

The Hawk for a Day shadow visit is designed to allow interested students the opportunity to experience a day in the life of a St. Joseph’s Prep student. Shadowing is not mandatory as part of the application process, but it is encouraged and is a great opportunity for students to learn more about the Prep! In the course of his day, your son will interact with current 9th graders and become familiar with the campus, the academic programs, and the student body.

To register your son for his Hawk for a Day visit, please create a myPrep account and begin your son’s application.  Parents do not have to complete the application to register their son for a visit, but you do need to create an account and fill out some basic demographic information.  Within the application (the second section) you will find the link to register for your son's Hawk for a Day visit.  Create your MyPrep account here.
Hawk for a Day Schedule:
8:00 a.m. – Future Hawks and Parents/Guardian arrive for their visit
8:15-9:05 a.m. – Parents are welcome to stay for Coffee and Conversation *Both Coffee and Conversation and the Tour of St. Joseph’s Prep are optional*
9:10-10 a.m. - Tour of St. Joseph's Prep
2:40 p.m. – Pick Up
TRANSFER STUDENTS
If you are a current 9th grader or 10th grader at another high school and would like to shadow the Prep, please email admissions@sjprep.org or call 215-978-1958 to set up a shadow day.
