The Prep Diversity Council

The Prep Diversity Council considers a diverse student body, faculty and staff, racially, ethnically, economically and geographically, as essential to educate Jesuit high school students and prepare them for leadership in the global environment of the 21st Century.

The Prep desires to prepare its students to interact more effectively with members of an increasingly diverse global economy and to become leaders in the institutions of the 21st Century. This goal requires a broad experience and appreciation of personal relationships in a diverse school environment created by diverse faculty, staff and students. This goal must also include a commitment to periodic modifications and/or enhancements to curricular and co-curricular components, as may be appropriate, to assist in achieving such an outcome.
