The Sauter Dining Hall serves serves breakfast and lunch daily.
Chief's Place is open daily until 5:20pm with snacks and beverages.
Lunch Menus
The daily lunch menu offers core items offered daily, including a made to order deli section and made to order salad bar. We also offer daily specials.

Student Dining Accounts
Every student at the Prep is assigned a PIN that they can use when purchasing food in the Dining Hall or at Chief's Place. Money can be pre-loaded onto these accounts and used as a declining balance throughout the year.

ARAMARK is the contracted cafeteria provider for St. Joseph’s Prep. They provide a computerized Point of Sale service for students utilizing the Cafeteria Service at school.
