On Tuesday, November 15 and Wednesday, November 16, St. Joseph’s Prep will hold Parent/Teacher Conferences. The format of these conference days will be by appointment only. There will be appointment only sessions from 3:00-6:00 PM on Tuesday, November 15, and from 12:00-3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 16. There will not be a general session either day; if you wish to see a teacher you must schedule an appointment. This is a change from what has been listed on the calendar.  Each appointment time slot is 10 minutes long. If your son has been experiencing academic difficulty in a subject most recently, you are encouraged to schedule an appointment with his teacher(s).

If you desire to reserve a time slot for an appointment with a teacher or counselor, please register via the Prep website or complete the reservation form. You may reserve a time slot by going to The Prep website http://www.sjprep.org and click on the link to parent conferences. On the reservation form you will find a label with the login information for your son. You can also bring your requests to the Main Office directly or fax the form to us using 215-765-1710.  Registration will close on Monday, November 14 at 4:00 PM

If you register online, you will be able to print out your own schedule. If you fax your reservation into the Main Office, confirmation of your reservation and your appointment schedule will be sent to you via a return fax.  Confirmations will not be given to your son.

Thank you for your time and cooperation.  If you have any questions, please call my office at 215-978-1951.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Rose Marie E. Kettinger
Assistant Principal for Academic Programs and Records
