On Thursday, March 4, St. Joseph’s Prep will hold Parent/Teacher Conferences. The format of this conference session is by appointment only. Therefore, we will have an early dismissal at 1:30pm on Thursday, February 25. The schedule will include an appointment session from 2:00pm until 4:00pm, a dinner break (4:00pm until 5:00pm), and a second appointment session from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. We will not have a general session; if you wish to see a teacher you must schedule an appointment. If your son has been experiencing academic difficulty in a subject most recently, I encourage you to schedule an appointment with his teacher(s).

 

If you desire to reserve a time slot for an appointment with a teacher or counselor, please register online above, or by downloading the Reservation Form. All parents should have received a mailing with online login information for their son. You can also bring your requests to the Main Office directly or fax the form to us at 215-765-1710. Registration will close on Friday, February 19 at 4:00pm.

 

If you register online, you will be able to print out your own schedule. If you fax your reservation into the Main Office, confirmation of your reservation and your appointment schedule will be sent to you via a return fax.

 

Please note the following schedule and transportation changes. On Thursday, March 4 classes will end at 1:30pm. All Prep buses will leave at their normal time, not the early departure that would have been used on the original February 25 conference date.

 

Finally for your convenience, the snacks will be available for purchase in our dining hall from 4:30pm until 6:00pm.
