WRESTLING WRAPS UP 06-07 SEASON
The young Prep wrestling team, without a single senior starting on the varsity, had many highlights during the 2006-07 season. The team’s best senior, Peter Goldner, was third in the PCL in 2006 but was injured in the fall and did not return to wrestle any matches before the PCL Championships in mid-February.
- Two wrestlers were "Honorable Mention" All Catholic for the season:

Kay, 25-14 at 130 lbs
John Waldron ’08, 20-15 at 189 lbs
- Best JV records:
Andrew Donnelly ’08, 20-4 at 145 lbs
Ryan Kelly ’08, 20-18 at 145 lbs
- Best Freshmen:
Brendan Murphy ’10, 22-24 at 103 varsity
Kevin Byrne ’10, 12-17 in varsity and JV at 119
Matt Mellen ’10, 8-8 in varsity and JV at 119
