Black History Month Events Scheduled
The Black and Latino Culture Club and the Office of Diversity have several events planned for Black History Month. First, every Wednesday, the groups will host a Workplace Wednesday Career Speaker Series in Room 312 at 2:45pm. The speakers scheduled are:
- February 6: Honorable Judge Glynnis Hill , Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas
- February 13: Dr. Luis Cervantes, Neurosurgeon
- February 20: Mr. Anthony Johnson, Sr ., Marketing, Sales
- February 27: Mr. Eugene Bell, ’95 , Entrepreneur, Network Marketing
Also, the group is offering a chance to view three movies as part of “Pizza and a Movie”:
- February 8: “Pride,” 3:30pm (Room 312)
- February 15: “Stomp The Yard,” (Room 312)
- February 22: “Crash,” 4:00pm (Theater before Mixer)
