Seniors should be in school by 9:45am for the distribution of yearbooks. Afterwards, we will have graduation practice and tuxedo distribution. The morning will end with the Class of 2009 Barbecue. Dress for the day is casual.
Saturday, May 30
Baccalaureate Mass/Awards Ceremony begins at 4:00pm in the Church of the Gesu. Despite the large size of the Gesu, we have had problems with seating in the past, and it has become necessary to use tickets for this event. Each family receives four numbered tickets - graduate plus three guests. While seats may be available for all in the main body of the church, they are not reserved. You may still wish to arrive early to find a specific place for you and your son to sit. Younger brothers of graduates who act as ushers will not need tickets. There will also be a limited number of seats available in the balcony. You are encouraged to arrive by 3:45pm so we can begin Mass promptly. Please adhere to the regular school dress code for this event.
Sunday, May 31
Commencement Exercises begin promptly at 10:30am in the Liacouras Center at Temple University. Please arrive by 9:30am in formal attire (tuxedo). Since boutonnieres and medals will be provided that morning, please remove any pins from your left lapel to expedite the process. This event does not require tickets because of the extensive seating at the Liacouras Center.
Monday, June 1
Please be sure to return your tuxedo to the Prep by 12:00 p.m.
