What is the Prep Fund?
The Prep Fund is our annual giving campaign which supports The Prep’s operating budget. Every year we ask our trustees, faculty and staff, alumni, parents, and friends to make voluntary donations to The Prep in order to provide direct funding for operational expenses that tuition alone does not cover such as financial aid, buildings and grounds maintenance, and extracurricular activities.
How much should we give?
No gift is too large or too small. We are always seeking 100 percent participation.
When should we give?
Our fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30.

Matching Gifts Many employers match contributions to independent schools. Somtimes you can double or even triple a donation through matching gift funds. |
Annual Giving is our first priority because it supports The Prep by providing immediate budget relief each year. Endowment and Facility gifts are investments in The Prep’s future that help fund our long-term goals.
Beyond supporting our yearly operations through annual giving, The Prep also supplements the school’s budget through income earned by the Endowment. Many generous donors help ensure the school’s long-term financial well being by including The Prep, specifically the Endowment, in their estate plans.
Gifts to The Prep’s Facility Projects help The Prep to improve and renew its campus beyond the basic yearly maintenance.
