St. Joseph’s Prep and St. Joseph’s University recently completed a $3million project to build a state of the art boathouse on the Schuylkill River for the Prep and University rowing programs.
Located on 20,381 square feet of land on the scenic Kelly Drive, the two-story building is constructed of steel with masonry, with a brick facade, and complemented by landscaping.
First Floor:
